CUSTOM TRAINING EVENTS
Many of our authors can deliver seminars and workshops to your leaders in your region similar to what they do for us at our advertised events. For author contact information please look under the Team menu.
We have a team of Natural Church Development (NCD) Trainers who can provide NCD Coach Training to your leaders in your state, district or region.
Phase 1 - NCD Basic Training provides three days of extensive training in NCD
Principles and the quality growth cycle in a church.
Phase 2 – NCD Advanced Training provides two days of skill training for coaches so
that churches experience maximum effectiveness of the NCD process.
Schedule – It is best to schedule these two events 3-5 months apart so that participants can gain some experience after phase 1 and then return for phase 2 training.
Costs – The cost for all ChurchSmart certified trainers to provide this training is $1,000.00 per day plus travel and housing expenses. In addition, the cost for each participant is $250.00 covering all books, cd’s, assessment tools and a one-year subscription to CoachNet internet resourcing matching the package we provide at our on-site training for phase one. The cost of materials for Phase 2 training is $150.00 per person for the complete Transform One Facilitator Kit. We can also customize the resource packages to fit your budget.
