Robert
E. Logan
Bob has been a church planter, pastor, church consultant and seminary professor
over the course of his ministry. He provides direction for our NCD Training and
leads a limited number of specialized custom training events. Bob is the
executive director of CoachNet, Inc. and provides much of the internet support
we utilize to help church leaders effectively implement the NCD principles in
their church. Bob and his wife live in Los Angeles, CA.

Jeannette
Buller Slater
Jeannette has done extensive research in the areas of cell-based churches,
church planting, and leadership development and has served in leadership in two
cell-based church plants. As a trained NCD consultant, Jeannette coaches pastors
and church planters toward effective ministry and has been involved in all
aspects of NCD since its inception in 1998. She lives in Phoenix, AZ and her
church affiliation is Mennonite.

Joaquin
Vargas
Joaquin has been involved in church planting, coaching and leadership
development since 1979. He has worked with the Luis Palau Evangelistic
Association and served in cross-cultural ministries in the Dominican Republic
and Mexico. He currently serves as Director of Latino Ministries at Mission to
the Americas, overseeing church planting and church development of Spanish
speaking churches in America. Joaquin lives in Denver, CO and his church
affiliation is Conservative Baptist.

Glen
Stevens
Glen is Sr. Pastor of Crossroads Evangelical Free Church, which is a young
church in Albert Lea, MN. Crossroads has used the NCD Survey as an annual health
checkup since its introduction in the USA in 1998. Applying the principles and
working on the minimum factor has helped Crossroads stay focused and experience
health and growth since its inception. Glen lives in Albert Lea, MN with his
wife and four children and his church affiliation is Evangelical Free.

Jack Stephenson
The focus of Jack’s life is serving the church and helping people experience
personal growth in their lives. He works with local congregations, districts and
denominations. He began one of Florida’s fastest growing new churches and now is
the Sr. Pastor of Anona UMC, one of the state’s largest and healthiest
congregations. Jack brings energy, humor and experience together with spiritual
insights and academic depth to every training event. Jack lives in the Tampa, FL
area and his church affiliation is United Methodist.

Gary Reinecke
Gary is Executive Director of InFocus, Inc. which is an organization committed
to multiplying healthy churches. He has done extensive research on coaching,
trained coaches within local congregations and denominations, coached numerous
churches through the NCD process, taught at seminaries and served on pastoral
staff at an inner city church for 7 years. Gary resides in Phoenix, AZ with his
wife and two children; his church affiliation is Grace Brethren.
