FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When will my order ship? – Your order will be shipped the
next business day
after it is placed.
2. How will it be shipped? – We ship individual books through
the post office media rate
(shipment time
1-2 weeks). All multiple book orders, resource kits and
surveys will be shipped
via FedEx Ground.
3. How much will shipping cost? – Shipments through the post
office and FedEx
Ground incur actual shipping fees on any size order in
the continental USA, Alaska
and Hawaii.
4. What are my other shipping options? - If you request Next
Day, 2nd Day, or International
shipping you will be charged that appropriate
rate.5. What is your return
policy? - We have a 90 day no hassle return policy. If any product does
not meet your needs, simply return it within 90
days in re-salable condition and we will issue
a credit for the price you paid
for the product. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice so
we can credit the
appropriate account.
6. Can I copy pages from your manuals? – In some of our
resource kits we give permission to
copy worksheets for classes or committees.
These permissions are generally found in the table
of contents in each manual.
Otherwise, all of our resources are copyrighted to protect our authors
and our
interests as a publisher.
7. Why aren’t your books available in bookstores? – Most of our
early resources were kits that
bookstores were not inclined to carry. We
became a “direct to the customer” publisher and have
chosen to offer significant
savings to our customers on quantity purchases of our products.
8. What are your discount policies? – We offer a 10% discount on quantities
of 10-19, a 20%
discount on quantities of 20-29 and a 30% discount on quantities of
30+ on any individual
title of most ChurchSmart Resources
Publications. On Top Gun and Soul Purpose Curriculum
we offer a 20% discount on
quantities of 10 or more of the same student manual. We have
also priced the
supplemental books from other publishers at 20% off retail.
9. Do you accept unsolicited manuscripts? – Yes. If you have
written a book in the area of
church planting, church health or leadership
development you can submit it to us for consideration
for publication. We have a standard
review process and attempt to respond to you in a timely
manner if we have an
interest in publishing your work.
