 ChurchSmart Resources is an independent Christian publishing company and training organization. Our focus is on church planting, church health and leadership development. We began publishing in 1994 with the goal to produce practical books and resource kits at affordable prices that would help church leaders improve their ministry effectiveness. We recruited authors who were experiencing positive results in their churches and could share the principles they applied and offer reproducible systems to others in ministry. Seminars soon followed to provide hands-on training for pastors, denominational leaders and other church leaders. Many church leaders have come to know us as the national partner for Natural Church Development (NCD) in the USA. Through the end of 2006 we have trained over 5000 church leaders as coaches in NCD principles and surveyed over 27,000 churches in the USA. We are working with churches from over 60 different denominations. Our dream is to partner with ministry leaders to create a “new normal” for churches in America and around the world. We want to see churches that are healthy, vibrant and multiplying. To see church leaders overflowing with hope, joy and love for the people God sends their way.
